What we do

Basements

New basements under London houses, from the dig to the finished structure. Ours hold family rooms, guest suites, media rooms, wine stores and a Pilates studio.

Councils set conditions before they grant planning permission for a basement. We know what they ask for and work through it with you.

We waterproof every basement as part of the build, and can help you set up the yearly pump service.

Underpinning

Underpinning strengthens and deepens the foundations of an existing house.

It is often the first stage of a basement, and we carry it out as part of the same job.

Structural works

New structure inside existing houses.

We strip houses back, carry out structural redesigns, and build shells that are handed over for the next builder to finish.

Above-ground works

Extensions and structural shells above ground, ready for the builder who finishes the house.

For a finished house, our sister company Extend Bespoke builds and fits it out.
